Located in Blue River on a flat lot makes this lovely home easily accessible even in bad weather. No slippery roads to navigate.

The house is warm and cozy with both a gas fireplace and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is gourmet with all brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You will have everything you need in this kitchen, as it fully stocked. Our large dining room table easily accommodates 10 people additional to the eating bar in the kitchen.

The house has four bedrooms, two full baths and a powder bathroom. The master suite is upstairs with a soaking Jacuzzi tub, three bedrooms downstairs; sleeping 10.
